The Joy of Mettā

Because you’re sending mettā
your mind feels very relaxed,
slowly you don’t feel unhappy,
your worries will subside,
and you will feel safe.

You become happier.
That feeling will support you everywhere.
Then you can spread your mettā
and happy feeling to many people.

If your mettā is powerful,
you can generate more,
people will receive, and
they will become peaceful and happy.
